As the South Central ECC Engagement Manager, you will be a key player in providing ECCs with the solutions needed for emergency response challenges. You will be responsible for presenting at regional public safety speaking engagements, educating the community on technology advancements that RapidSOS offers ECCs, and thought leadership on how new technology can be adapted in the public safety context. The Manager will increase RapidSOS platform utilization, ECC coverage, B2B engagements, and partner support.
